Mission Statement
Morton County Council on Aging’s mission is to promote better health for elderly through nutritionally sound meals, health maintenance, information and referral services, education, transportation, recreation and activities for those citizens in Morton and Oliver County. It is our purpose to eliminate the barriers that isolate our elderly and to afford them the opportunity to live their remaining years in dignity. Particular emphasis is placed on identifying and providing services for those senior citizens whose incomes are at or below the poverty level.
